Tom & Timmie

Timmie Bear’s Adventures with

Timmie Bear was up early and off to the University swimming pool in Dundee with Sarah and her brother Andy and their dad. This is where Sarah and Andy have their swimming lessons. Timmie loved watching.

Saturday pm

Timmie Bear was very excited to be driven over the Tay Bridge by Sarah’s mum and off to St.Andrews. First, he went to the ancient castle. Then he went to see the University of St.Andrews which is a medieval university, like the University of Leiden.

Next, he went to see a church and then Sarah and Andy took him to an old bookshop to buy their dad’s birthday present. Sarah’s dad likes history, so they bought him two history books.

Then Timmie Bear went to see the famous “home of golf”, the Old Course, which is beside the sea. Timmie Bear thought this was great and he even bumped into Sarah and Andy’s Uncle Tony who was playing golf.

Finally, Timmie Bear went to Janetta’s, an Italian shop, for an icecream before going home to bed. He had a wonderful time with Sarah and her family.

Then they went to an indoor ski piste.

That night Sparky slept very nice at Rubens house, he dreamed of being a survivel dog!

Timmie & Robbie

At the weekend Timmie and Robbie played in the garden. Winter is disappearing and the weather is improving. Timmie admired the spring flowers.

On Wednesday, Timmie accompanied Robbie to Beavers. Beavers are members of the Scout Movement, aged between 6 and 8 years. The Beaver motto is ‘fun and friends’. The meetings are certainly lots of fun! Timmie tried on part of Robbie’s uniform. This blue necker shows that Robbie is a member of the 45th Dundee Group.

Hello everyone!
What a nice surprise to see Timmie in France!
We came back from our spring holiday and the first thing we saw when we came in the classroom was our dear bear Timmie on the active board!
Thank you!

Sparky has shown new talents this week! He went to ski in Swiss with Hans!

Here we see Hans in the snow!
Hans made a sled especialy for Sparky, and Sparky had a great time "skiing" down the hill!

Hans and Sparky had a little match, who could ski the fastest down the hill. As you can see on the picture: they first went up and then: ------>
...............................................................Sparky won!

Timmie Goes To Paris

Timmie went to Paris with Mrs Tonner to see Mark Beaumont smash the world record for cycling around the world. The record was 276 days and you will see that he not only smashed the record but made it difficult for someone else to break.

Sparky and his new friends, februari 2008

Noa was happy to invite Sparky to play with her cuddles.

As you can see, Sparky had a splendid afternoon! First they played hide and seek. After that they drank some pink limonade and ate a biscuit.

Sparky stayed the night over and had a lot to tell when he came back in our class! The next day one of his friends, the little brown dog in the right corner, came to sleep over in Sparkys basket in our class! Lots of fun!!

We hope to hear from you and Timmie soon!

Sparky's days out

Dear mrs Mordentes class!

How are you all doing? Is Timmie still a sweet bear? We hope so, cause we raised him to be polite and well manered!

Sparky is a very happy little dog! He gets to be at so many places and sees so many things, he almost can't believe it!

Last week Sparky was invited to join Lisanne when she went to visit her grandparents. They were also invited for dinner! A real duch meal we call "hutspot". It is made in one pan filled with potatoes, onions and carrots all smashed together. With some sausage or meatballs it is very nice in the winter!

Sparky chose an apple for dessert!

And that 's not all! Sparky went to see a musical with Jetske. The musical is called: "Ciske de Rat". It's a storie of a boy who growes up in a poor home and has a difficult time growing up. His father works at sea and is not home often.

Jetske enjoyed herself very much, and we realy think we saw a little tear in Sparky's eyes when there was a sad piece.

Sparky's Holidays december 2007

Happy new year!!!

We hope you have all had a fantastic holiday!
We all enjoyed it very much! Many children went on trips, like Hannah!
She went to a zoo...at night! She enjoyed all the night animals who were awake during her visit.

There was also an dinosaur expedition, and as you can see, Sparky was Fearless! What a brave little dog he is! At first he stayed close to Hannah, but in the end he even dared to get in to the dinosaurs mouth!!

Thank you for your mail about Timmie!
Will you give him a hug from us!
Sparky barks " hi"!
We hope to hear from you soon!
Bye!

Timmie was very excited when he arrived in L2M. He wanted to go home with Rheanna and meet her Mum and Dad and little brother Tom. Timmie had lots of fun in the soft play area at Next Generation. He enjoyed the bouncy ball the most. Timmie was a V.I.P. at Rheanna's Rainbows. He was the only boy allowed! Timmie played nicely with the girls and loved making things. Timmie, Rheanna and Tom got a special treat and visited McDonalds for tea. Timmie was a hungry boy!
